The solution
In a very detailed and productive kick-off meeting, together with the Brichard team, we developed a concept for the Rent Control brand and the associated website, which is intended to serve as a sales platform and entry point into the platform. Since we were setting up the brand identity for Brichard Immobilienmakler in the same phase, it was primarily important to develop a uniform and unmistakable design language for all branding assets and channels. The core should be a configurator, in which the customer is guided through the offer and the different packages and puts together his desired configuration for his own property management - the selection should then be sent to a CRM system and processed there by an account manager. The aim is to increase the number of customers for the next generation of innovative real estate managers in addition to increasing the brand value and visibility.

The result
After several productive meetings with those responsible for the Brichard team, the brand identity for the Brichard Wohnungsverwalter saw the light of day. While the design continues the uniform communication line of the Brichard Group, the logo has been completely modernized and adapted to current standards. Icons in freehand style and modern illustrations matching the brand round off the brand appearance and give it a sporty and dynamic touch. The heart of the brand website is the configurator, with which it is possible to put together the right products for digital housing management and thus successfully and carefree submit all tasks related to the topic. After sending, the selected configuration is transferred directly to the in-house CRM system, so that a sales employee has all the necessary information to onboard the customer and activate all booked services.
