Your Responsibilities
- Planning, setting up, and ongoing optimization of various campaigns and advertising channels
- Planning of holistic marketing campaigns for clients and internal purposes
- Intensive collaboration with our Design Team for the creation of creatives and ad formats
- Coordination of the Performance Marketing Team
- Independent organization of client meetings to discuss active marketing campaigns
- Creation of reports and proactive recommendations for further campaign optimization and extension
- Management of media budgets (including planning, control, reporting, and optimization)
Your profile
- Experience in the field of Digital Marketing (At least 2 years)
- Completed studies/training or self-taught with experience in agencies or through freelance work
- Experience in working with marketing teams and customers
- Acquired certificates in the marketing field
- Comprehensive knowledge of job-specific software (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola)
- Strong communicative skills and a keen sense of detail
- Creativity, analytics and teamwork skills
- The ability to follow existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high discipline
- Interest in ongoing further education
- Good handling of performance pressure
- Clean and error-free written expression in German and English
